Purchase verification credit packages through Xendit payment gateways.

POST /api/v1/payments/checkout
Creates a checkout invoice session and returns the Xendit payment URL.
POST/api/v1/payments/checkout
Initiates purchase invoice. User should be redirected to invoice_url.
